Today was "user-friendly convenience" day, because our Uchi got two important items of handy convenience installed:
#1: Stairs to the front patio, and
#2: Stairs into the garage!

We searched for other things -- any signs of work, inside or out -- it's like a treasure hunt every day! But we could only find one other thing: the basement utilities. We now have our water heater and softener, which are all wired up, the HVAC unit installed, and all the pipes connected, going to the rest of the house:
